1. Mental Health Support
Where can I get help with anxiety, depression or other mental health challenges?
Book individual counseling sessions with a 91¿´Æ¬ Davis counselor to manage anxiety, depression, stress and other mental health challenges. Individual Counseling is confidential short-term therapy available to all registered 91¿´Æ¬ Davis students at no charge.
Join groups that offer peer support and shared experiences for various mental health concerns, including those tailored to specific identities and communities.
The Aggie Mental Health website is a centralized hub for all mental health resources available to 91¿´Æ¬ Davis students.
Call 530-754-3434 for a rapid response from the , available 24/7 for on-campus basic mental health support and help finding the right resources.
Request a welfare check for a student, staff or faculty member if you are concerned about their mental or physical wellbeing.
2. Addiction Recovery Resources
Where can I get help for an addiction or substance abuse problem?
If you or a friend has a problem with alcohol or other drugs, ATOD services can help. Getting help doesn’t mean you’re an addict and services are confidential, unlimited and free for 91¿´Æ¬ Davis students.
Access information about hosting and attending parties safely, including resources on alcohol, drugs and overdose prevention.
Connect with Aggies for Recovery, a peer support group that provides students who are struggling with addiction or dependency of any kind with a support system of like-minded individuals and a safe space to discuss personal issues.

Where can I get support after losing a friend or loved one?
Resources and support for those dealing with the loss of a loved one.
Support services for individuals affected by a suicide or sudden death of a peer.
