91��Ƭ, Davis, Chancellor Gary S. May addresses distress within the campus community over a student-led event tonight (March 14) organized by Turning Point USA (TPUSA) at 91��Ƭ Davis. He notes that TPUSA, as a registered student organization, has the right to reserve university facilities and invite speakers of their choice, and that the university faces a heavy burden under 91��Ƭ policy to deny such requests over concerns of violence. At the same time, he says, “Please be assured that we are monitoring the event closely to determine if a threat or incitement develops that meets that threshold or violates other campus policies.”
